Flute lamination is a important operation in manufacturing of corrugated boxes. Generally it is used to glue printed paper upon the corrugated ply.
The above machine is a semi-automatic machine in which corrugated ply is automatically fed through the friction cum vaccum feeder and printed or top paper is fed by hand manually by a person standing at a particular position in the top section.
Glue is applied on the corrugated ply and timing of printed or top paper with corrugated ply is matched with the help of servo motor. After placement of top sheet with the corrugated ply. The sheet is pressed through the conveyor section.
This machine is capable of laminating the paperboard with the A/B/C/D/E.corrugated cardboard.
