The Above Solution for Coating and Curing Can be Divided into four Major Parts.
First Part:
Heidelberg Offset Printing Machine two Colour is required to graphically control the glossy and mate part in station number one.
The gloss coating transfer through Coating attachment to the blanket of second Colour and from blanket it is transfer to the substrate normally paper and plastic etc.
Second Part is Coating attachment:
Coating attachment on offset printing machine. This coating attachment consist of a Anillox roller usually made of steel and on the top there is a chrome coating for durable running of the machine. It is having a servo motor which take feedback of the speed on offset printing machine and adjust its speed accordingly. It is having a state of the art chamber unit .in chamber through a medium of diaphragm pump into the chamber and chamber consist of two doctoring blade with rubber seals on both the side chamber is responsible for dual function one is passing the coating to the anilox second is doctoring so that, chemical pass to the anilox in a very uniform manner. Coating unit also consist of pneumatic Cylinder on both the sides. Which is responsible for the impression to the blanket of second unit of offset directly. So when impression of second unit get stagerd coating unit automatically attach to the blanket of second Colour.
Third Part:
Third part of the unit is unit conveyer. Which is having two UV Lamps, two IR Lamps and having a Suction bag. which is responsible for curing of gloss which is transferred on second unit of offset printing machine. which is also having some safety like temperature safety. if temperature exceed from a limit it is automatically gets off. and chamber of UV lamp gets triggered on and it get open with the help of pneumatic cylinder
Fourth part of the Machine:
Fourth part of the machine is Intradeck and it is attach between unit one and unit two of the offset printing machine which help us to get the texture according to the customer if you want more ruff texture we need to give more UV light to the substrate. If we want shining or a glossy texture, we need to reduce the light. so with the help of the UV light. we can control the texture of the job without any haselness, it is having EPS with the help of EPS we can control the light in a steeples manner.
